   We are centrally located on the border of Tennessee and North Carolina. We are only minutes from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, with cabins and chalets conveniently located in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg,

   Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas have over 120 restaurants and at least five grocery stores and a dozen 'food marts' to choose from.

   We have a $35 nonrefundable reservations fee. This covers all of the processing charges, credit card fulfillment, and paper work involved with your reservation.

   If you are renting a cabin with a spectacular view, you will have to drive up a mountain road, but we haven't lost a tourist yet.

   All you need to bring, to make your vacation perfect, is food, charcoal for our charcoal grills, and your clothes. We provide all your linens, towels, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap (for those cabins that have a washer and dryer) and wood (for the cabins with wood burning fireplaces) . We do not supply coffee filters, plastic wraps, aluminum foil, or condiments.

   As a general rule, cleaning your cabin before you leave isn't necessary. However, excessive cleaning and or furnishing placement efforts required to restore your cabin to occupancy-ready status may result in an additional fee being charged. The fee is at the discretion of the rental company.
There is also a cleaning fee if the stay is only one night. See also "do you have a night minimum?"

   Many of our cabins allow you to bring your pets with you on vacation. These cabins can be identified on our web site (pet friendly list). In order to continue to do this we must ask your cooperation with the following policies.

   We require that all pets left alone in a cabin must be in a pet crate. If you do not have a pet crate.

   We also require a $50.00 per pet fee. This is not a deposit and is not refundable. This charge does not cover any damages to cabin or excess cleanup in the form of carpet cleaning or spraying needed to remove fleas. In the event any damage is done to the cabin in excess of the $50.00 fee, you will be responsible for the cost of cleaning, spraying, repair or replacement. Also, non-disclosure of a pet may result in additional fees over the $50.00 per pet fee.

   Pursuant to the provisions of the Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 47, Chapter 18 and Title 62, Chapter 13, Section 62-13-104(b)(3), Subdivision (D)(i), Mountain Top Cabins, LLC discloses the following as policy:

"All advance rent deposits, damage deposits and balance of rent due are deposited into a bank escrow clearing account. These deposits are considered income to Mountain Top Cabins, LLC upon receipt and may be used immediately. Any refund considerations are expensed from the general books of Mountain Top Cabins, LLC on a case by case basis."

To hold the reservation we will require one half the total (minus tax) as a deposit. The total includes the number of nights to be stayed, tax, and a $35.00 reservation fee.

   We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express.

   A check for the amount of deposit can only be accepted if received within 10 days of the date the reservation was made and at least 30 days before you are due to arrive. A check for the balance can only be accepted if received 30 days prior to the date of the reservation, we cannot accept personal checks at check-in.

When checks are used for payment, we will require a security deposit.

    Yes, for the most part, we have a 2 night minimum. However, if we have an appropriate availability we will rent for one night with an extra cleaning charge added. Most holidays, all of July and all of October, we require 3 nights. Thanksgiving & Christmas, we require 4 nights.

   Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have over 100 attractions theaters and museums. There are more than 40 attractions on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge that can keep you entertained for days. You can please all ages with activities like miniature golf, go-carts, laser games, an indoor skydiving simulator, unique museums and much more.

   Pigeon Forge is also home to Dollywood, with more rides and games than you can imagine.

   Pigeon Forge features a number of theaters where the music of the Smoky Mountains comes alive. Enjoy bluegrass, country, old time rock and roll, gospel, comedy, magic and some spectacular dance numbers that are sure to entertain you.

   Off the Parkway more activities can be found. Take the family on an adventure : enjoy white water rafting or tubing on the river, horseback riding, canoeing, swimming, golfing, fishing, hiking and helicopter rides.

   Gatlinburg is the gateway to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The Parks abundance and variety of plant and animal life have earned it a United Nations designation as an International Biosphere Reserve. The Park has more than 9 million visitors a year- the highest visitation of any national park. There is over 800 miles of hiking and horseback riding trails in the National Park. Swim in the pristine rivers and waterfalls the Park has to offer.

   The city of Gatlinburg is a picturesque town. Stroll along the streets, visit the many galleries and gift shops filled with arts & crafts and Appalachian treasures. Enjoy the many attractions along the route as well. Miniature golf, arcades, museums and amusement rides name but a few.

   In the winter, Gatlinburg lights up with the Winterfest Festival. Winterfest features millions of lights that outline the skyline.

   Your credit card will be charged for half the pretax total of your stay at the time your reservation is recorded. ( This is the deposit amount. ) If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more prior to arrival, a future stay voucher for the deposit minus a $38.33 cancellation fee ( $35.00 plus tax ) will be issued to you. If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to arrival, then no refund or future stay voucher will be issued.
